Desalination of seawater with a reverse osmosis process is one of the main priorities of GCC countries in the Gulf region. ARTI Proje offers a full range of engineering solutions for seawater intake and discharge facilities in desalination plants. These solutions, by which we have contributed to various mega-sized integrated power and water plant (IPWP) projects in the KSA, Oman, the UAE and Qatar, include pipe hydraulics and stability design, intake structure design, diffuser design, dilution calculations, and re-circulation analysis assisted by extensive wave and hydrodynamic modeling studies.
