ARTI Proje provides services for employers and contractors by performing the construction supervision, monitoring, and constructability review of construction activities so as to adhere to a predefined schedule and ensure the quality level specified by contract documents.
At ARTI Proje, we provide administrative, technical and inspection staff to monitor and supervise the construction stages so as to ensure their compliance with the contract terms. Within this scope, we oversee the execution of work other than the review and approval of related documentation before commencing each type of work. Moreover, we support this by quality-control processes for site verification inspection so as to handle any non-conformity that may arise from the work and related documentation.
Monitoring and supervision activities range from submittal reviews, such as pre-qualifications for suppliers and materials, received materials, plants and equipment, issued shop drawings, test reports, reporting, permits, etc., to the execution of work on-site to monitor its compliance with the contract, in addition to regulatory, statutory and other applicable standards and building codes.
CONTRACT
AND CLAIM MANAGEMENT
ARTI Proje offers support to employers and contractors in the performance of the various processes and requirements associated with post-award contract administration, including all activities related to finalizing completion activities, close-out deliverables, and employer hand-over. ARTI Proje also offers support in the evaluation of claims submitted by contractors and their consequent reporting to the employer.
