At ARTI Proje, we carry out master planning research for all kinds of marine facility projects, such as marinas, superyacht facilities, cargo ports, fishery ports, cruise ports and island-resorts. In addition, we provide our customers with short- and long-term market research and demand forecasting, which underlies master planning. We pay special attention to preventing unfavorable water interference and waterfront functions within the context of land-side activities. Our expert team assists architects and master planners for the precise planning of facilities that have water components at their core.
We provide technical and financial feasibility services for marine facility developers and property owners. Feasibility studies are sometimes requested by EPC contractors during the bidding stage to prepare the tender design that will be submitted to the client. We also frequently provide these services at the pre-tender stage for PPP projects.
ARTI Proje has extensive experience in the engineering of berthing structures for all types of vessel, from small pleasure boats to the largest container ships. We have completed numerous projects involving gravity (caisson or blockwork), piled (steel pipe or bored concrete), and anchored wall (sheet pile, combi-wall or similar) piers and quay structures. We usually provide services starting from the mooring planning and analysis stage to the detailed design of berthing structures in compliance with internationally recognized codes and standards.
Pavement design is critical to all kinds of port projects and constitutes a large part of the overall investment cost. The impact of maintenance and repair on ongoing port operations adds to cost, and may negatively affect the feasibility of the investment. Therefore, we attach special importance to pavement structure design in our projects and aim to provide optimal solutions with the available equipment, load and cargo handling modes. To this purpose, we use advance calculation techniques and modeling software in the design of port pavements.
